Up-selling the menu to increase sales and tips is best done once you&#039;ve dirtied your hands in the kitchen, dish-pit and behind the bar. Taking bits and pieces from your co-workers is essential for personal success, and your tree analogy helped demonstrate this well. Great for visual learners like myself!</description>
