		<description>I have a bit of a specialty in my department, and I get several interruptions per day from my peers asking for help with technical problems.  I often realize that the person&#039;s work is at a standstill until they get my help, but it&#039;s very difficult for me to immediately drop my own work.  (I know my boss isn&#039;t going to understand that my work didn&#039;t get finished because I was too busy problem-solving for others!)  What is a polite way to deal with these situations?</description>
