My list would be: 1. Flexible hours/schedule 2. Lower transportation costs 3. Tax write offs (if you run your own in home business) 4. Instant access to snacks ;) 5. You make your work space to your specs (as comfortable as possible) 6. You can listen to music as loud as you want to, or as quiet without bothering anyone. 7. Not as tempted to go out and eat unhealthy meals at fast food joints Some downfalls to working from home: 1. So many distractions (kids, phone, neighbours, visitors, tv, sleeping) 2.
