For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.

I bought this almost 3 years after first reading David Allen’s GTD book. It was immediately useful and I’m happy to say that I’m now actually implementing GTD. Prior to this, I had a really tough time putting the whole thing together and seeing the “forest for the trees” as it were. A very worthwhile investment.
