This address bar could then be used as a search bar, in addition to allowing you to visit a website directly by typing in its url.

The New Google Chrome Beta Has Google Instant Baked In and Tab Expose

Here’s another tip that could save you significant time and make you more productive if you are a Chrome user. Gizmodo demonstrates how well Google Instant works now that it is integrated with the address bar of Chrome’s beta channel. There’s a nice video on the site showing how it’s done, so you could see if it is worth switching to Chrome’s beta channel.

This is a pretty cool app I came across. KeepItWith.me lets you quickly transfer a link from your computer to another device, like your iPhone. So next time that you are engrossed in an article and suddenly you need to leave your computer behind, you can use this service to quickly transfer that webpage to your mobile phone and then continue reading it on the go.
